Hi bloggers, on the 30th of October we got to learn new ways to calm our self's, on the first activity we we got to learn how to candle breath but before that we had to tell the teacher our names the people who were there was: Mosese, Jamie, Zion, Jia, Abigail, Adian, Alan, Aniya, Chimay, Neeve, and some more. Then after we got to write on paper like what we know, what we want to know and what you learned. Then we got to learn how to balloon breath, and when we were doing it we had to say breath in belly rise's breath out belly falls. Then it was morning tea and we got to have some fun then we came back in side and we got the make a mindfulness jar with glitter dish soap and water and I had Really FUN! time. Blog ya Later.
